I assembled this bird with a Spectrum receiver, I turned the rates down for smooth scale flights and on a switch cranked up for more active flights. Take your time on the support wires, extra patience makes them look very tight and clean. Flew the decathlon yesterday and was VERY impressed. Unbelievable how smooth and locked in this thing is. It’s a plane that can go mild to wild for sure. 10/10 on this one.

This is one of the best plug and play airplanes i have ever bought.
This plane is constructed of not only balsa wood but carbon fiber is inlaid throughout most of the balsa wood making this plane very light and strong. It fly's like a dream with 3 and 4 cell lipos.
Also all of the hardware is either aluminum or carbon fiber. this plane would cost over $450.00 if it was sold by Spectrum or any other brand name stores. Everyone at my club has ordered one for themselves
I fly RC airplanes for a living for over 22 years and how have 3 of these planes. this is a very good deal don't miss out

This plane looks really nice, and has some nice scale touches like the jury struts and the nav lights. That's why it irks me so much to see the side windows as stickers. I realize it reduces model weight and complexity... but it makes a really good model look meh. I hope there is a version two of this plane that aims to improve of the scale appearance.
